Shipping & Handling

We're excited to get your Frugaluxe order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your address to see available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your location.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment clearance. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Premium Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for select destinations)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct during checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at frugaluxe@gmail.com.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items with different availability dates, we may ship them separately to get your items to you faster. You won't be charged extra for multiple shipments.

Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take great care in packaging your items, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frugaluxe@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items or packaging.
